I'm a Designer and we are constantly looking for solutions to simplify our daily lives adapted to our times.

 

The idea started to take root when my mother-in-law, who is over 70, asked me for a sink unblocker. I began searching, but unfortunately, they were all very boring, impractical, and very expensive. I bought a colorful one, but it broke very quickly, after 1 week.

 

That's when I had the idea to design a drain stopper that could also be used as a drain unblocker. I wanted it to be fun, colorful, attractive, practical, and durable.

 

That's how the Smash Plunger was born!

The 3 main daily observations that created Smash Plunger are:

• Most drain stoppers are not very effective. They usually get dirty quickly, are ugly, too small and easily damaged. And they are not funny. Sink unblockers are also ugly, ineffective, too fragile, difficult to recycle, and impractical.
• Drain stoppers & plungers are impossible to recycle because they are made up of too many components. When you throw it away, it will be buried or burned. To preserve Nature, we have to make only single-component products that are 100% recyclable.
• We need to change the way we think our products to make only durable products.

 

This is why I created Smash Plunger: to replace the majority of broken or unfunctional existing drain plugs & plungers, thereby considerably reducing our production and to reduce our waste in nature.

 

Also, Smash Plunger replaces many other products in your home and will decrease global production. You could also keep it and use it for years. Smash Plunger is made with a recyclable & ultra-durable silicone.
