We weren’t made to sit still. Hours at desks and screens leave our fascia, the body’s connective web, stiff and disconnected. I created Flow Bands to restore balance: simple, fascia-smart tools that help you move with more elasticity, coordination, and ease.

 

After years of trying every warmup, cooldown, and fitness tool on the market, I realized nothing truly addressed fascia. I spent a year hand-building over 60 silicone prototypes, refining textures, shapes, and tensions until Flow Bands felt natural in the hands and effective on the body.
