In my 22 years of working as a physical therapist, I’ve long wondered if there was a way for people to wake up their dormant muscles without having to go see a chiropracter. In search of an answer to that question, I embarked on a journey back in 2016 to research the optimal size and shape to accurately stimulate multifidus muscle based on anatomical and biological principles. After hundreds of prototypes and tests, the team and I landed on our first foam roler model made from EPP material.

 

But we didn’t stop there. To realize our vision for painless, powerful stimulation with viscoelastic cushioning, we got to work developing PU90 and PU95 foam technology. These powerful materials were proven undetectable of dangerous substances and capable of withstanding over 770 pounds of weight.
